My illustrations are crafted from collages, which I meticulously and lovingly create using felted animals, my watercolor drawings, and handmade dioramas. Once the compositions are arranged, I photograph them and then digitally refine the images on the computer to achieve their final look.

I felt the characters using organic sheep’s wool, which I source from a farm in Upper Austria. To enable natural movement and lively poses, I first create a small wire skeleton as a base. The animals’ tiny clothes, such as aprons, bags, and hats, are crafted from vintage fabrics that I carefully sew and embroider by hand.
